Cancellation Policy

Cancellations/Reschedules: Please provide at least 48 hours notice. Late cancellations may result in a 25% service fee. Late Arrivals: Arriving late may shorten your appointment, incur additional charges, or result in cancellation. Guests: For safety and sanitation, only one guest may accompany you. No-Show Policy: No-call/no-shows will require a 100% deposit for future bookings or may be declined. ✨ EXTENSION POLICY ✨ Move-ups are required every 6–8 weeks. I do not offer last-minute or partial fixes for grown-out extensions. I am not responsible for issues caused by delayed maintenance, including slipping, matting, or damage to natural hair.
